clean - modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to the lake. The hosts were friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a double shower. The location was perfect - with easy access to the famous tree and the town.
Would definitely recommend.

We loved the beautifully furnished and modern space with great kitchen, bathroom, and living facilities. The comfy bed and all the comforts of home, including cooking facilities, saved us money on eating out. The wifi and Netflix were a big bonus for planning our trip on the go. Also, the location was great, with the lake front, shopping center, cafes, and restaurants all within a short walk.
Felt good, no complaint.

We had a fantastic stay at Joan's @ 21 in Wanaka. the place is fully equipped with everything we needed and has a modern style. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but still just a few minutes walk to town. We were pleasantly surprised when Judy, the host, contacted us to let us know she found a ring we left behind. the hospitality was superb and we would definitely stay here again.
No issues to mention. 👍

Our stay at Joan's @21 was exceptional. The modern, tastefully decorated unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was great, the sofa was comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. We especially enjoyed the private sitting area that was sunny and perfect for relaxing. The location was excellent, with a short and pleasant walk into town. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Joan's @21 and would highly recommend it to others.

Had an amazing weekend getaway in a cozy apartment. The bed was so comfortable, finally got a good night's sleep! Loved the little touches like having milk provided. The location was perfect, a short walk along the lakefront to town. Definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!
The only thing that would have made it better was if there was milk in the fridge. It's something that I expect in every accommodation these days.

Great location, within walking distance to lake and shops/bars. Fully equipped kitchen, including BBQ area. Spacious modern unit with comfortable sofa and bedroom. Private and quiet, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Wonderful shower. Will definitely return.
